SUSPECTED CORONAVIRUS PATIENTS CALLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT
For the safety of our patients and our staff, we are following strict patient screening guidelines for an appointment which are as follows:
CLINICAL FEATURES
Fever Temp > 100.1 deg F OR signs/symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath) or gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea |

EPIDEMIOLOGIG RISK
Have you had close contact with a lab-confirmed COVID-19 patient within 14 days of symptom onset? |
1) If both of the above are true - we will schedule a Televisit
2) If No Symptoms BUT had COVID-19 exposure - we will refer you to the county COVID line
3) If Symptoms and NO COVID-19 Exposure - we will schedule an Office Visit

PLEASE CALL AHEAD if you develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness such as cough or difficulty breathing and have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or have traveled to an area with COVID-19 spread. Once we review your symptoms and history, we will provide you with the appropriate guidance and will work with our county's public health department to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19.
